Westwood by Stella Gibbons (I'm working my way through every book she ever wrote) / Speaking from Among the Bones by Alan Bradley (I enjoyed it as much as I enjoy every novel about Flavia) / It by Stephen King (I was on edge at night the entire time I read this) / A Good and Happy Child by Justin Evans / The Distant Hours by Kate Morton
The Spectacular Now by Tim Tharp (I enjoyed the book as much as I enjoyed the movie) / Wolf Story by William McCleery and Warren Chappell / The Turret by Margery Sharp and Garth Williams / The House of Arden by E. Nesbit (probably my least favorite book I'm including in the post, but parts of it were very good)
The Art and Making of ParaNorman by Jed Alger / The Wes Anderson Collection by Matt Zoller Seitz (just as wonderful as I'd hoped it would be - from the design to the interviews themselves) / An Illustrated Guide to Cocktails by Orr Shtuhl and Elizabeth Graeber (awesome illustrations by Elizabeth Graeber and filled with so many interesting factoids)
